Sodalite Tumble-stones

A beautiful blue stone, sodalite often has an array of tones and textures to it and can appear mottled in appearance. Associated with the element of air and the Throat and Third eye chakras, it is an excellent healing crystal often used to help bring calm and order to the mind. Sodalite can also help to promote objectivity, verbalisation of feelings and has an array of benefits relating to self-esteem and mental wellbeing.
