WE DO NOT SHIP TO THE EU

Sadly we are no longer able to ship to the EU due to law changes in the UK. As soon as we know more and the government provides us a work around we will be back to shipping to the EU. If you do buy from us by accident, your order will be refunded, minus transaction costs. Thank you for your understanding at this time as things are changing.

The data we collect is either provided by customers, (for example signing up for emails or making a purchase and providing name, address and payment details,) or collected by site software, by us or our website host, for the previously stated purposes. First and foremost we collect data in order to provide services and products to our customers and to improve those services over time through direct feedback and website performance details. We also use it to be able to contact customers or site users, (for example, to assist with a purchase, discuss a problem or share any up-coming promotions and events).
How do we store data?
Data that is collected by us directly is stored securely and access is restricted to the small-business owner behind Eramun- me! We do not give, share or sell your data to any third-parties and store it in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations.
Data that is collected by our website host company may be held by them, (Wix.com) and is stored on secure servers behind a firewall.
All direct payment gateways offered by us, through our host company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, a joint effort of payment brands like Visa and Mastercard, who help ensure the secure handling of credit card information.
How do we use data to contact our customers?
We may need to contact our customers from time to time, (for example, to discuss a purhcase, product or service, to assist with a problem, to offer promotions information, to request feedback or provide updated business information or for other relevant purposes.) When doing so we may use any contact information you have provided us with, (we will strive to choose your preferred method of communication, if stated.) For promotional emails and the like there will be opt-out options provided within each one.

Crystal Health & Safety
Crystals can be of great use and comfort to us when stored and handled correctly, however there are a few important safety tips to consider when handling, displaying and cleaning your collection. There are some Crystals that are made from, or contain, potentially harmful or even lethal substances. Most Crystals do not present this kind of risk but we advise all our Customers to read our safety page, linked below, for more information. Further research is also advised. The most important tips are:

1. DO NOT INHALE any part of a Crystal.
2. DO NOT INGEST any part of a Crystal.
3. Do not use harsh CHEMICALS on your Crystals, and avoid WATER for porous or potentially toxic pieces.
4. Keep all Crystals OUT OF REACH of CHILDREN AND PETS.
5. WEAR GLOVES to handle and clean any toxic Crystals, if handling/cleaning is necessary.

At Eramun we work hard to source crystals at competitive prices and will often feature products on our sales page. As such we do not offer discount codes that can be found anywhere on other sites, any site claiming to offer discount codes for Eramun is false at best and a scam at worst.
We will, however, run promotions from time to time that offer great savings or multi-buy deals to our customers. At such times, all details, terms and conditions can be found here.
