Sunstone Palm Stones

Sunstone is a particularly joyful crystal known for its uplifting energies. Most commonly found in warm shades of orange, gold and red with translucent elements, sunstone brings good luck and abundance to its user. As the name would suggest this beautiful stone is associated with the radiance of the sun and the elements of fire and air. 
 
Palm stones, or worry stones as they are also known as, allow for a balanced stone-skin transfer of energy. As the name would suggest they are great for times of worry, stress or anxiety and are commonly used to reduce stress and calm nerves. Dating as far back as Ancient Greece, worry stones or palm stones are usually an oval shape and sized to fit comfortably in your hand.
